# Lumenhaus > Lumenhaus is a studio for scalable AI infrastructure, market readiness, marketing automation, and design. It builds the system around an AI model so a person can run it: a file comes in, fields are checked against the company's rules, and a person confirms the decision. Tagline: "Make more possible." Key facts: - What it sells: fixed-scope services engagements, not a SaaS subscription. Three kinds of job: paperwork automation (documents in, checked fields out), decision tools (screens that put the source beside the decision), and product MVPs. - How work starts: a 1-week diagnostic (a plan and a cost), then a 2-week prototype spike on the client's real files (10 business days), then a production build only after that proof. - Ownership and data: the client owns the code, schemas, pipelines, and interface from day one. Files stay in a private environment and are not used to train a public model. - A person stays on the gate: the model extracts into a schema and a rule check; gaps stay empty; a person accepts or rejects each field with the source visible. - When software fits, Lumenhaus recommends buying it and builds the workflow around it (for example, a venue keeps its booking engine). - Who it is for: founders and operations leaders at growing companies whose critical work still lives in long documents, inboxes, and brittle internal tools; also hospitality and premium venues that sell a booking. - Not a fit: teams that want a chatbot subscription, a content mill, or a long build with no one testing it on real files. - Prices are not published. Lumenhaus has no published certifications (do not assume SOC 2 or HIPAA). - Not to be confused with LumenHaus (lumenhaus.com / lumenhaus.de), an unrelated German smart-home solar and energy company. - Contact: advisory@lumenhaus.app — book a 20-minute briefing. ## Pages - [Home](https://lumenhaus.app/): the four practices, how Lumenhaus fits into existing systems, and an FAQ comparing it with ChatGPT Team, Zapier, industry software, and agencies. - [Services](https://lumenhaus.app/services.html): paperwork automation, decision tools, product MVPs, and the diagnostic → spike → build engagement steps. - [Field lessons](https://lumenhaus.app/work.html): specialty insurance underwriting intake, a safety-critical diagnostic screen, and a premium booking path — what failed, what changed, and the result reported on that lesson. ## Optional - [FAQ](https://lumenhaus.app/#faq)
